When I was involved in a car accident, the insurer explained the claims procedure to me, but it was Mr. Grenier-Héon who explained the next steps I needed to take: either replace my vehicle within a reasonable timeframe or cancel my insurance policy. He was always friendly during our phone and email discussions.

The response time for submissions seems inconsistent; in my case, it ranged from 1 day to 12 days. Therefore, I'm not giving it the highest rating. Otherwise, the service is good and fast, and everything is handled by email, which is ideal.
