Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Gauthier Assurances Inc.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Lost my documents
Gauthier Assurances Inc. lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gauthier Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
