Good value
I appreciate that Gateway Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Solid broker
Gateway Risk Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Gateway Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Gateway Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Gateway Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
