Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gateway Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gateway Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Gateway Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
