Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Gateway Insurance Brokers. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Gateway Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gateway Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
