I never really understood the role of an insurance "broker" until we met Wade Tibbo at Gates Insurance. Our previous broker offered competitive premiums via email exchanges but when issues arose, they were nowhere to be found. Wade spent a great deal of time going over the costs/benefits of each item covered and in the end, the price he came back with was every bit as competitive as our previous larger broker, but with much better coverage. In an age obsessed with "buy online", Gates Insurance provides the individual touch, but with modern accessibility to things like auto insurance scannable on your device. I wouldn't have tried Gates unless referred by a friend, but I am glad I took the time to sit down and get the peace of mind that comes with individualized service. Thanks for everything Wade!

My parents have been with Gates for years. I checked out a couple options when I was buying my first home, but Gates were the easiest to deal with. There was a real time-crunch before closing and I felt like my agent exceeded expectations to make things easy and get it done right. (Thanks!)

The service was fast, considerate and informed. Options were laid out, and comparisons were clearly presented. I am very pleased with the service and the final product, and we are staying with Gates! Our agent, Wade, is an exemplary representative of the company. He takes the time to care about individual circumstances, and crafts a policy with an experienced eye. Overall, we are very pleased with our choice of Gates and our conversations with Wade.

We think that Gates is the gold standard for insurance brokers. We came to this company because of a recommendation from a friend in the insurance industry who said they were the best. In our experience, they are exceptional. Whether it's making a claim or looking for the best policy for our circumstances, they always make sure that we are well taken care of. They have a deep knowledge of the insurance business and exceptional customer service. When you need them, they move quickly and will go the distance for us. A great insurance broker!

Was a previous returning customer looking for a quote. Always had my account in good standing. 0 tickets 0 issues. Brian, basically told me off the first time I called because he was " backed up for weeks " and couldn't "process claims because of a wild fire " which is a joke in itself. When he finally felt like getting back to me after my second attempt to speak with him Brian, was rude slow and tried to gouge me on my auto insurance plan. Not people I'd recommend doing business with. Speaking with this person will come with an " I'm better than you " vibe. Absolutely full of himself. Worst quote out of 10 different companies that quoted me. I got coverage for literally half his quote. Literally half. ( No I'm not kidding ) Rude. Liar. Arrogant. No thanks. This is not the gates insurance company I used to deal with. I will not be recommending them or attempting to use them again. I'd give 0 stars but I had to give a single one to post. You folks need to work on your customer service, big time. Thanks for a couple good laughs though becuse wow.
