The MPI called me to request some additional documents for address proof. I went to Garriock Ins, and an Asian lady assisted me, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had forgotten some of the documents, but she kindly allowed me to use the computer and quickly helped me complete everything. A special thank you to her for her outstanding assistance

Moved from Ontario recently and needed to convert all my driver's license, vehicle registration, etc. Amy was extremely helpful and helped me get everything done in less than an hour! 10/10 would recommend.

Worst experience ever. Tried to renew my autopac. Simple right? They tried to charge me 32 dollars more than stated on the detailed invoice and couldn't explain why. I sat there for 30 minutes while they fooled around, looking for an answer and finally gave me a refund and told me to "sort it out with MPI and maybe they can explain it". Even the refund didn't go smoothly as they charged me the full amount a second time, then had to do 2 refunds. Absolute incompetence.
