Okay but not great
Used Gardner & Ross Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Gardner & Ross Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gardner & Ross Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gardner & Ross Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
