Could be better
The rates Gardner & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gardner & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Gardner & Associates Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
