Does the job
Gallagher & Walsh Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brantford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gallagher & Walsh Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gallagher & Walsh Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
