Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with Gallagher Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Very knowledgeable team

Gallagher Insurance Group has a team of very knowledgeable brokers. They helped me understand the difference between various auto insurance coverages and what I actually need.

Could be better

The rates Gallagher Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job

Gallagher Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sault Ste. Marie. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
