Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gagnon & Taylor Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Five stars all around
Switched to Gagnon & Taylor Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

My experience with Gagnon & Taylor Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gagnon & Taylor Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Gagnon & Taylor Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Gagnon & Taylor Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Gagnon & Taylor Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
