Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Gagnon Risk Management. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Gagnon Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
