Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gagnon & McCann Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
Gagnon & McCann Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Whitby. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
