Average experience
My experience with Gagnon & Kent Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Reliable broker

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gagnon & Kent Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
