Solid broker
Gagnon Insurance Brokers is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Amazing customer service

Fair pricing
Gagnon Insurance Brokers offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Gagnon Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
