Okay but not great
Used Gagnon & Hawkins Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Gagnon & Hawkins Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job
Gagnon & Hawkins Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sydney. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gagnon & Hawkins Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
