Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gagnon & Freeman Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gagnon & Freeman Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Gagnon & Freeman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
