Responsive and caring

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gagné Groupe d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gagné Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Couldn't be happier
