Okay but not great
Used Gagné Courtage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Gagné Courtage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Gagné Courtage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gagné Courtage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
