Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gagné Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gagné Assurances. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
