Excellent service

Worst customer service. Handled my cancellation poorly and continued to take money out of my account for 2-1/2 months after I cancelled my insurance. When I emailed asking why on the first payment that came out - no response. When the second payment came out I was told it was my fault. Never received the paperwork that I needed and they continued to take money out of my account. My account rep had changed (apparently) and I was blamed for not knowing this. They never called my house phone - but I was told they left several messages. Worst experience ever - couldn't be happier that I left.

I tried to inquire about obtaining a church insurance. After having conversation with one of the agent, they promised to find me one and phone me back. But its been almost a month now and no call at all! I guess they don't need our business. May be busy? They should at least phone or send and email to inform me they thay can or can not able to provide what I am looking for. Just sharing my experienced with this company.

At first everything was great, there was contact when contact was needed, then my rep. changed and I wasn't informed until I made a call about a missed payment on my end. I paid off the balance or so I thought only to have a collection company call me 6 months later saying I owe. Never again will I use Gaetz insurance.

I have been with Gaetz Agencies for decades - since I got my first car when I was 16. Leanne is a stand out who I am so thankful for. She has been so supportive and insightful over the years. Always ensuring I have the answers I need and getting us the best deals!! I would highly recommend anyone to work with Gaetz and Leanne!
