Average experience
My experience with Frontier Insurance Group was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Room for improvement
Frontier Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Frontier Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
