Room for improvement
Freeman & Wright Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience

Slow and unresponsive
Freeman & Wright Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
