Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Freeman Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Disappointing experience

Room for improvement
Freeman Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Freeman Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Freeman Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
