Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Freeman & Harper Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Freeman & Harper Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Freeman & Harper Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
