Pretty good
Freeman & Associates Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Freeman & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
