Solid broker
Fraser Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Fraser Insurance Ltd. was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fraser Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Fraser Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
