Family business feel
Fraser Insurance Brokers has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fraser Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Fraser Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
