Slow and unresponsive
Fox & Simpson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for bundling

Room for improvement
Fox & Simpson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fox & Simpson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Smooth transition
