Good value
I appreciate that Fox Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
Fox Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fox Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
