Solid broker
Foundation Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
Used Foundation Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Foundation Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Foundation Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
