Okay but not great
Used Foster & Armstrong Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Foster & Armstrong Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Foster & Armstrong Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job

Slow and unresponsive
Foster & Armstrong Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
