Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fortress Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Fortress Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fortress Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Fortress Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
