Smooth transition

Okay but not great
Used Fortress Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fortress Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
