Good value
I appreciate that Fort Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fort Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fort Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Fort Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
