Family business feel
Fort Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Fort Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fort Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Fort Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
