Helpful staff
The staff at Fort Insurance Services were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Fort Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Fort Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates Fort Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fort Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
