Amazing customer service
The staff at Fort Insurance Agency are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fort Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Multi-policy savings

Okay but not great
Used Fort Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Fort Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
