Solid broker
Fort Financial & Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Fort Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
Fort Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Fort Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Fort Financial & Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
