Okay but not great
Used Forest Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Forest Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Forest Insurance Brokers last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Pretty good

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Forest Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
