Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ford & Sullivan Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would recommend to anyone

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ford & Sullivan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel

Good value
I appreciate that Ford & Sullivan Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ford & Sullivan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Reliable broker
