Average experience
My experience with Ford & MacNeil Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Reliable broker
Been with Ford & MacNeil Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ford & MacNeil Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job
Ford & MacNeil Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Cochrane. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Could be better
The rates Ford & MacNeil Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
