Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ford & Clarke Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Ford & Clarke Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Could be better
The rates Ford & Clarke Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
