Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ford & Burke Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ford & Burke Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ford & Burke Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Ford & Burke Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Okay but not great
Used Ford & Burke Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Lost my documents
Ford & Burke Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
