Average experience
My experience with Flynn & McCarthy Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Fair pricing
Flynn & McCarthy Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Amazing customer service

Family business feel

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Flynn & McCarthy Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
