Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Fletcher & Jenkins Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fletcher & Jenkins Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Fletcher & Jenkins Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sarnia. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful staff

Pretty good

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fletcher & Jenkins Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Fletcher & Jenkins Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
