Family business feel
Fletcher Insurance Ltd. has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Fletcher Insurance Ltd.. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fletcher Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
