Solid broker
Fletcher & Freeman Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Fletcher & Freeman Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Fletcher & Freeman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
