Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Fletcher & Chapman Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Could be better
The rates Fletcher & Chapman Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fletcher & Chapman Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
